As a first time KimKim client, I didn’t know what to expect, however, I would highly recommend their service! Not only was the planning aspect easy and thorough; what really impressed me was the support we received while we were traveling, and how quickly we could access help when weather disrupted our plans. Additionally, the transportation vendors and guides they used were exceptionally prompt, kind and fun! Our Santorini drivers and especially our Amalfi coast driver, Rino, were some of the nicest people
we encountered! We especially appreciated our Botantical Garden tour and cooking lesson in Crete and the recommendation to go to Ergon in Athens…top notch experiences. Lina, our Knossos guide, stood out for her depth of knowledge and her ability to educate us so efficiently.
The Travel12 crew were at our fingertips via What’s App and also called me to make sure we had gotten and received messages. This was much appreciated.
Irene did a fabulous job introducing us to parts of the world we knew nothing about (Crete!) while incorporating some of the bucket list places we wanted to visit. We will use her again for any return visit to Greece!

Not to be missed!! This was a very special way to visit and experience the gorgeous waters and natural beauty of Crete. The guides were fun, caring and made everyone feel comfortable.
