This was my first experience with a travel service and I was very pleased. Extremely accessible and responsive. All arrangements were ready for us as promised. Accommodations were both top notch and good value for money. Suggestions for our activities were in line with what they learned about us prior to starting to plan.

While it provided great views, it gave very little info to help us understand what were seeing Even some type of map would be helpful
Tom the guide made this a very fun experience in spite of being a super crowded Saturday
The Yeoman Warder tour is what makes this visit worthwhile and we loved it. So much history, made so interesting
Fast-paced but with time for Rosie our guide to give us lots of explanation of what we’re watching
Ollie did a fantastic job making this interactive, and covering so many important sites. I was worried that the tour would be too long but time flew by!

Our tour was small and our guide was excellent! We learned and saw so much of the Old Town and this prepared us to explore more on our own
Very interesting but could have been better with a little more historical reenactment and re-creation of the time period
Lots of history to learn and see. The audio system was well worth the additional fee. The Crown Jewels display was very impressive
Lovely, quiet venue with excellent service and excellent food. The optional Gin flight we chose prior to Tea was excellent as well
