Trip to Switzerland

Valentine planned an extraordinary 8-day trip through Switzerland, including stops in Lucerne, Grindelwald, Zermatt, and Montreux. She was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions at every stage -- both before and during the trip. All of the hotels, meals, and other accommodations met or exceeded our expectations. The itinerary was detailed and easy-to-follow. We would absolutely work with Valentine again, and recommend others work with her as well. This was our first time using KimKim and it was well-worth the investment.
