Our trip was fantastic and memorable! All of the logistics (with the exception of a few minor mishaps) were well planned and we were able to do all of our activities. Veronica was very attentive and helpful and met our every request. All accommodations (except Pueblo Dorado Surf Hotel which was ok) were fantastic and activities were amazing! The guides who led us in rafting canyoning hiking and zip lining were outstanding and experts who made us feel safe and comfortable. We loved Arenal Paraiso and El Establo and found both accommodations to be excellent. Pueblo Dorado was ok-not quite as nice and had some issues with ants in our room. However all people were very kind and helpful and respectful.
Veronica and team were available 24 hours a day for questions and answers and to provide help. I was nervous using a company to plan the trip and we were very happy with the outcome. Everyone was professional and kind and helpful. Our overall trip was unbelievable and we would recommend Kim Kim band use them again! Pura vida!!

Good location though a bit of a walk to main strip. People extremely helpful and friendly. Cleanliness good bit ants and lizards in room likely due to heat and older rooms with not updated windows. Great breakfast with Eat at Joes!!
