Hien was amazingly patient with me as we planned the iteniary and I made many changes, and each time she made the changes. In the end, the iteniary was perfect for our group.

This hotel was really great. I think I wish I had asked for a higher room, but other than that, it was perfect. Service was wonderful, beautiful hotel, amazing daily breakfast, perfect locaton.
great hotel. Wonderful food and service (Teddy was great!) and wonderful amenities. I wish our stay was longer! We only had one problem: one morning the water didn't work. But it was only for 30 minutes.
The hotel resort was wonderful, but our hotel room was not great. Compared to our other places, this was more like a three star hotel room. Hot water sometimes didn't work. There were no decorations, and the floors were not comfortable. But the resort and big pool, and location were all great. Breakfast was great!

the bike ride was really great, but the road she took us on was pretty scary through car traffic with children on bikes.
Our least favorite dinner. staff was unfriendly and the food wasn't great. it was the only meal we did not enjoy. The show was just okay. Huan was great, but the dinner and show were only okay.
