There was hair on pillows and bed when we arrived, the pool was not avilavle to use and there was construction all over the hotel, so no common area use either

Great experience abd service. The day trips and activities were sort of “meh” with the village being actually a little boring, and since it was cold weather we couldnt do much seeimmjng. Besides that it was great.
