All of the guides and drivers were outstanding. The hotels were very nice and comfortable and the hotel staff in all three hotels were friendly and helpful. The trip planning and communication were excellent and you were terrific at meeting the individual needs and interests of various group members - such as my wife and I staying for an additional day in Lisbon. Well done - would use your services again without hesitation.
