Judy did an outstanding job arranging my trip. I emailed him the specifics of what I wanted to do in Japan, and he arranged everything for a flawless trip. I was able to summit Mt. Fuji, ride the Shinkansen and attend a formal tea ceremony. They cover all the small details that I wouldn't have thought of, such as sitting you on the side of the Shinkansen where you can observe Mt. Fuji.
This trip was a dream come true for me. I will definitely use KimKim again for my future adventures. Just outstanding service all around!
