Liz and her back-up team were the best. Very responsive in answering questions and providing guidance. Our taxi driver was late in getting us to our Eiffel Tower timed tickets entry. Liz contacted our guide to let them know we were going to be late. The hotels in Bordeaux, Paris and London were well-sited and very nice. Great included breakfasts, too!

Hotel Reviews
Hôtel La Zoologie
Bordeaux

The rooms were well appointed and just funky enough to know you were in an old Natural History Museum. Wish it were closer to the downtown area where most of the restaurants were.

Authenticity & Character
In an old Natural History Museum - the decor was themed nicely.
Location
Just the location. Near the train station which was great. But away from the bulk of the downtown restaurants.

Only one of the two elevators worked during our 4 day stay. Complimentary coffee was only offered the first day. Great location, amongst lots of different restaurants. Sure nice to have a washer and dryer to use.

Authenticity & Character
Location was what made this hotel special.

Loved the location of this hotel! Right in the midst of Covent Garden.

Authenticity & Character
Cool vibe in the rooms. USB in-wall plugs at the desk and bedside.
Location
Walkable to the underground, & bus routes.
Staff
We got great guidance on getting around London from front desk.
Cleanliness & Comfort
Room amenities were great. Their nightly turn-down service included the most yummy lemon melt-away cookies. Craving them!
