We had an excellent experience working with Erica, her team and KimKim. The hotels (accommodations as well as service) selected were exceptional, the transfers were smooth, and tour bookings were exactly what we were looking for. The tour operators were friendly, knowlegeable and made great dining recommendations. I would absolutely book with Erica and KimKim again!
