We had a wonderful time in Italy. Beginning with our Personal Concierge (Ms. Beatrice Carrafelli), and drivers that made the transportation easy. All of our guides were terrific. We enjoyed Ms. Martina especially with her dedication in explaining Florence. Both the Aleph Rome Hotel and Grand Hotel Villa Cora were great. We love to return someday.
