Great local guides!
Easy transfers from place to place and very organized!
As a busy family we love to travel and are very capable of planning our own trips but did not have time to pull this one off. Kimkim exceeded our expectations and took the pressure off so we could enjoy our trip and not worry about leaving something out. They communicated very well and adjusted our itinerary to fit our needs! I’ve recommended them to my family and friends with great enthusiasm .

Nice lobby, nice staff, great breakfast, nice pool area. great location
The breakfast was beautiful. There was no pool which would have been nice. The coffee maker was hard to make work. Great location. Room was beautiful.
This was a different hotel - guests were a lower class of people as compared to Granada, Seville hotels. Breakfast not as nice. Lobby and common areas not great. Weird smells. The rooms had poorer furniture. At best 3 star. Would have declined this hotel had we known the gap.
Activity Reviews
Guide was good. Can't recall her name. Tough seeing the cathedral on the Feast day of the Patron Saint but we saw the body of the 874 year old king - so that was a treat.
Guide in the AM walked into a lot of courtyards and stores. That was not too obnoxious just discovering the city's character.

The tour guide was really GREAT. Again, very capable. Use him again.
