Chosing Kimkim was a leap of faith for us. It was our first time using a travel agent. It turned out to be a good decision. Kimkim put us in contact with Minah from Prestigo Asia. Minah's initial proposal was almost ideal. She proposed some destinations that we didn't know about that we decided to include in our itinerary, like Khao Sok National Park and Koh Yao Noi. After giving our feedback we ended up with a great plan.
Once the trip started we were very happy with the hotel selections and the organisation of the guides and transport connections. We were also very happy with the contact number that we could call any time in case of issues. We used it once for a minor issue which was reolved immediately.
We are very happy with Minah's service. We had a great trip and additionally it was good value for money.

Hotel Reviews
The Rock & Treehouse Resort at Khao Sok National Park offered a unique experience with rooms made to look like treehouses, complete with encounters with monkeys. The food was good, and although they were finishing up construction on the pool, it was not disruptive at all. The resort itself was charming.
Laluna Hotel & Resort in Chiang Rai was set in a beautifully lush environment, but the rooms felt a bit more basic than the others we stayed in. However, the location and gardens were very pleasant, and for a one-night stay, it was great.
The RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort in Chiang Mai was exceptional. We received a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, which was a highlight. The hotel was right by the river, creating a tranquil atmosphere despite some traffic noise. The addition of unique features like a fountain in the bathroom added to the luxury feel. An excellent stay overall.
The Gardina Asoke Hotel & Residence in Bangkok was a pleasant boutique hotel. The room was very nice, and there was a small but lovely pool. The setting was quiet, which was important to me, and the hotel provided a Tuk Tuk service to the shopping areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay with some location limitations.
Activity Reviews
The Traditional Thai Cooking Class was a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed learning to cook local dishes, and it was a delightful addition to our trip.
The Bangkok Spiritual Encounter was markedly enhanced by starting at a quieter, smaller temple where we enjoyed a peaceful and unique experience without other tourists.
The James Bond & Ko Panyee by Longtail Boat tour featured stunning scenery, which made it a memorable day. The guide was a bit too laid back, providing little information. Despite this, having the boat to ourselves was a pleasant surprise, and we really enjoyed it.
