Portugal: The Perfect Blend of Luxury and Location

We had a fabulous trip to Portugal and Sam was excellent. He helped us plan every step of the trip and almost everything went seamlessly. The hotels were amazing; the perfect blend of luxury and location. Sam listened to what we wanted and after several back and forths, we got to a great itinerary. He was very accommodating as we were also going with some friends for part of the trip and he made it very easy for them to join us. We loved our Quinta in the Douro Valley. The accommodations were excellent and the dinner was among the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed our side trips to Cascais and Sintra, Coimbra, and biking in Porto. Overall it was an awesome experience. There were a couple of minor hitches but we were able to resolve them quickly and had a great experience. Our tour guides were also great, especially the ones in Porto and Coimbra.

This was such a relaxing and beautiful place set in the heart of the Douro Valley. We had one of the best dinners ever at this amazing place. The pool was incredibly refreshing after a long day in the sun.
This hotel is located in the heart of Porto but it is also super quiet. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had lots of interesting spaces to hang out. I loved the reading room and the jazz room. The breakfast was also excellent.
