Words can not truly described our experience with our Driver/Tour Guide Tiago. When I first started this journey in booking our Family trip to Portugal I was alittle nervous and skeptical about booking with a company I was not familiar with, then Tiago contacted me and helped me thru the whole process. He was knowledgeable, attentive and listened to all our needs and wants. He answered all our questions and concerns when asked, he met every expectation! We loved all the places that we visited with him and the history and stories that he shared of his Country, and the special places he took us to try the best foods. By the ends week, we felt like he was a part of our family. We loved every moment with him.

This is definitely a 5 Star Hotel! We loved everything from the character of the hotel, to the room we stayed in, all the staff we came into contact with, the coffee shop attached to the hotel. We will absolutely be coming back to this hotel.

Travellng with my disabled young adult made staying at this hotel so easy to access everything that we needed to see in walking distance.

Staff

The Staff was cheerful & Friendly and was so accommodating with our needs. Very helpful in making our dinner reservations for us. Upon us arriving they left us a beautiful welcome note with wine & pastry for us.

Cleanliness & Comfort

Our Room was so spacious and had all little extras in the room for us. (Bath robes, slippers, toiletries)

Angela and the staff was absolutely amazing. We met some amazing people from all different places as we were cooking together. All the dishes that we cooked were delicious, and we were able to get the recipes to take home. This is a must do when in Lisbon Portugal.
