Marcela was amazing and instrumental in planning our excellent Chile adventure. She was always ready with excellent ideas and understood exactly how we wanted to spend our time as a family enjoying the sites. Every detail was taken into consideration with care from who was picking us up, at what specific time and for how long and even what up bring or wear was included in the detailed information that Marcela offered. We had a very last minute change in our family where a different family member came and in less than 4 days from our arrival Marcela quickly adapted and helped us make all of the travel arrangements with the flights saving us time, money and making it hassle free , we are so grateful to Marcela and the KimKim.com staff for our amazing travel adventure that went without any issues over 10 days and varius regions : Santiago, Puerto Monnt, Puerto Natales, Valparaiso , Torres del Paine to Puerto Varas- we did kayaking, ride and beer, hiking around volcanoes all lifetime memories we will never forget!! Thank you.

Great central location wthe comfortable very clean beautiful rooms and friendly staff!
Rooms where clean, the temperature in the rooms was not able to be controlled and the window open a slight bite to let air in thankfully, the staff was professional.
