Veronica and her agency provided great service overall. Easy to work with, very responsive, considered our needs and desires and stayed within our budget. The ability to contact her “on the fly” was very reassuring and we utilized it more than once. This was our first experience using kimkim and this agency but definitely won’t be the last!

Location location location! The room was lovely as was the food. Great pools. Great staff. Spanish colonial grounds which were well done. The best part of all? Several monkey sightings including eight outside our door. Three sloths in a tree just hanging out. You get the idea.

One thing I would add is the services seem un-advertised. We would have gone in a night walk had we known. We would have asked for the sushi menu if we knew there was one.
