Our trip ( my husband and myself) was a dream come through. I have absolutely no negative comments re the organization of our trip by Ana. Ana answered all our queries promptly before our trip . All the drivers and guides - Fabio, Andrea , In Buenos Aires,Daniel in Mendoza, Aljender in El Calafate and Manuel in Igwazu Falls were all professional and went out of their way to make sure that we were always comfortable and made the experience an unforgettable one. ( I have forgotten some names-Sorry ).
The only thing I can complain is that as a tourist who wanted to see as much as possible we always had to fly through Bueno Aires airport so a lot of time was wasted in airports. However this seems to be unavoidable.
I recommend booking through KIMKIM as it went as smooth as possible. I have no second thoughts of giving them FIVE STARS.

Hotel Reviews
We spent 3 nights at beginning of our holiday then another night at end of holiday. The first room was very spacious on the main road. Staff were all very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was very abundant. The bedroom for the last night was much smaller but sufficient.
Our room at the Tapiz Hotel was very spacious with a patio overlooking the vines and swimming pool. Very friendly staff and also very thoughtful. The last day we needed to leave before breakfast however a tray was brought to our room with availability of coffee/ tea ,cake and fresh fruit. We appreciated this very much. The only hiccup was that the boiler was out of order and so we could not have showers in our room but had to go to theSpa. This obviously was inconvenient.
This hotel needs some improvements. It needs to be modernized- no lift. The safe in the room was broken . Should have been removed as gave the impression of untidiness. Not enough plugs in the room.
Lovely hotel. Our room was very spacious with a balcony and area to sit outside over the garden which is very very green. Wished to stay a bit longer but had to return to reality,,

Perfect to inter relate with other tourists of all ages. Fun and relaxing evening delivered with great enthusiasm.

Stefan is an experienced rider so the horse was a little bit of a follower but of course this is understandable as no risks to be taken. A experience to say that one rode in Andes Mountains.

This entailed three different wine tasting. The first was a ‘boutique’ winery. Very interesting and we were very well catered for: We then went to the second winery( which was next door). We were fifteen mins late and were refused!! The last winery where we had lunch was lovely and also very good.

So exciting and scary,

So exciting. Not to be missed.
