If you’re thinking of planning a trip and want it to be smooth, personalized and unforgettable, use KimKim. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was organized with such care and attention to detail.

Coraima was our main contact and she was incredible, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. Summer also helped ensure everything flowed seamlessly. They were both so easy to communicate with, and it really felt like they were just as excited about our trip as we were.

Some standout highlights:
• The wine tasting experience was a dream—two whites, two reds, and a port, paired with the most gorgeous charcuterie board. Such a perfect relaxing afternoon.
• Our Douro River/ocean sailing trip was out of this world. We couldn’t stop smiling—it was so romantic. The tour company went above & beyond with their amazing drinks they served along with a side snack.
• We had an amazing time in Barcelona,
Malaga, Madrid, Porto & Lisbon with every single tour guide KimKim arranged for us was top-notch: knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what they do.

Everything was tailored to us. I’ll absolutely use KimKim again.
