Everything was excellent from start to finish. Planning and booking was extremely easy, accommodations were comfortable, tour guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. We had one small issue (remarkable there was just 1 on our 7 day trip!) and the kimkim dedicated WhatsApp chat team had it fixed for us in under half an hour. We made so many amazing family memories on this trip and it was such a relief to let someone else work out all the little logistical details for our family of 5.

Easy check in, room was ready when we arrived at 11am (huge after an international redeye!), staff was friendly, location was good, breakfast was a nice touch.
