We visited Jordan and Israel. From the very beginning to the end Lena was amazing. Very quick to respond, accommodating, flexible and highly professional. She answered all of our questions effectively and organized specific individual requests we had. In both countries the service was lovely, comfortable and high end. Thank you Lena for your hard work! We had a blast!
