The front desk staff made us feel welcome and at home. We used it as a home base, checking in and out as we toured various parts of Iceland. They stored luggage, helped with arranging taxis as well as making recommendations with smiles and kindness! Restaurant staff was equally amazing! Thank you all for making our dreams come true!!

The room was large by Icelandic and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Arriving cold and tired to find that the reservation was incorrect and front desk said he did not have authority to make a change despite us having a printed copy of our confirmed reservation. The guide had to call the tour company and let their representative speak to front desk before the error could be corrected. Also there are no elevators to accommodate guests with mobility issues

The bed was so very comfie. Loved being able to watch the light from snug and warm in bed was incredible

Even though it was cold, we loved every minute of it!!

Staff was very helpful and the facility was clean and accommodating The lagoon was beautiful and the entire experience was incredible

The trip to the horse farm was worth the trip
