Overall, it was an amazing trip! Our favorite place was Nafplio. The local guides at the Acropolis (Angelic) and Santorini (Anna) did a phenomenal job of providing rich history on the sites and the area.

The only negative was the rental car. We were given a vehicle with a large quarter-sized chip in the windshield, bald tires and damage to the passenger side bumper. The car only had 1/2 tank of gas, too. The most offensive part of the experience was getting charged $650 for a crack in the windshield that happened due to the extreme heat in Nafplio. As noted, the windshield was already significantly damaged. We felt taken advantage of by the car company. A larger, more reputable rental company (i.e., National, Enterprise, etc.) would likely not have acted in this manner. We were very disappointed with how this transpired and would NOT recommend using the car rental company.
