The service provided by our local specialist, Lucy, was superb. Her communication was fantastic and all the plans worked seamlessly. She organised several informative and fun guides, and good transport - and the accommodation was terrific. Have never used kimkim (and not typically used travel agents), so this was a new experience for us - we were delighted with how it went. Found the whole kimkim process very easy to use and the outcome terrific. Thank you so much, Lucy!

Easy walking distance to lots of fun things (eg Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake), with lots of great food and coffee close by.

Found this hotel very charming - loved the embroidery (part of the owner's background); room really comfortable with a view of the sunset over the skyline; also a nice pool.
