Michelle was great. Helped make the cotipaxi trip fun even though we were not aclimented to the altitude. Andreas was excellent. Had great knowledge and was always enthusiastic.

I understand that tackling Cotopaxi’s altitude early in the trip may have been challenging. While we generally advise allowing more time to acclimate, this was the only possible day for the excursion. Thankfully, for those in good health, including your fellow travelers, the experience can still be enjoyed by taking the right precautions—such as pacing yourself and staying well-hydrated, which we highlighted in our recommendations. I truly appreciate your input and will continue working to ensure travelers feel well-prepared for high-altitude activities.
