Near the airport with an easy shuttle. Gym, sauna, pool were great. Dinner was nice. Nothing to complain about for an airport hotel at all.

The original part of the hotel didn't look wonderful and the pools look a little dated but they worked great and the new part where all 3 of our rooms were was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast overlooking the water was wonderful as well. Staff was extremely friendly.

Good value. There are quite a few bugs in the evening and the rooms are fairly small but breakfast was nice, staff was nice, and pool was nice (though pool furniture a little worn). Also, kind of on the edge of town so a longer walk to some things.

This hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, the area is beautiful. Could not recommend more!

This was good but we didn't spend anywhere near 6 hours on activities. We did the interpretation center but it wasn't a long thing to do. The hike was great but not all that long. I don't know what La Loberia was. I think there was some talk of snorkeling but were told the visibility was poor. I think we spent a total of 3 hours on activities so while we enjoyed what we did, it was not as good as most of the rest of our activities.

This was our favorite activity. It was amazing to have an island and snorkel and beach all to ourselves in our 7 person group. The guides and boat team were wonderful. The animals, views, activities were perfect.

This was beautiful. The only downside is the over 2 hours on the boat to get there and then another over 2 hours to get back. This is on top of 40 minute bus ride to get to the boat and another 40 min bus ride on teh way back so tons of time spent traveling for really 2 hours of beautiful things.

Wonderful to see sharks, sea turtles swimming underneath your kayak, tons of lizards, beautiful beach.

The plant a tree part was hokey and not really special. Everything else was great.

This was fun though somewhat touristy. Still worthwhile to see the main points.

Appreciated meeting us at airport to make sure we got settled in.

The view was amazing. You could hear the waves rolling in and watch the sunset right from your room.

The pool and Hot Tub were amazing. Nice to come back from a day in the heat and cool off! Have a drink and unwind. The bar staff made yummy drinks!

We felt very safe at this hotel. They created us at the door and escorted us to our room. Everything was fantastic.

Although we couldn’t kayak. Our guide took us to a coffee, sugar and alcohol plantation which was great

At first, we were worrying about the length of this trip and the fact that it said 80% on land and 20% in water. But this was one of the most memorable excursions we did. Our guide Diego had years of experience doing this excursion. It was nice to snorkel at your own pace and someone always had an eye on us to ensure our safety.

Our guide had a wealth of knowledge and treated all on board equally. He made sure to spend time with everyone individually which was nice. He explained things and shared his pictures with the group.

Great experience. Saw lots in the snorkelling adventure. Including sharks, penguins, turtles, and lots of colorful fish.

Unfortunately it was raining when we visited here but our guide didn’t let that change the plans. We still have a full tour.

Danny made sure all our travels were worry free. Escorted us throught he airport and sent us on our way. To the next adventure.

Danny was amazing. Everything was perfect.

Staff were friendly, everything was clean, and breakfast was good. However, we were booked in a tiny room with an air conditioner venting directly onto one side of the bed. My husband was able to make the AC situation tolerable. We travel light, luckily, each with a a carryon suitcase and a backpack so were able to manage in the small room. But missed the openness and good seating available in our first hotel. I was expecting a little more from a mid-range hotel.

Beautiful, stark landscape! Snorkeling was great to me, but I’m not an experienced snorkeler so my expectations were not high.

Julio, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining! However, I couldn’t remember what this excursion included and wasn’t able to find the details online before we went. So I was a bit surprised at the length of the walk and would have worn tennis shoes had I known. Receiving a paper copy of the details of each excursion prior to the pickup would greatly help this situation.

There is nothing like having a beautiful view from your room and well as hearing the waves crash while you sleep . The room layout is perfect for relaxing in the room as well.

This hotel is beautiful with delicious food. Perfectly located in Quito for all of your adventures .

It is so nice to be escorted to and from the airport as well as guidance in the airport.

The view from this island is unique and a must see!

This is a must do excursion. The lava tunnels and the snorkeling are amazing. The amount of wildlife and sea life you can see on one trip is hard to beat.

This is a fun excursion of snorkeling and seeing amazing sea creatures as well as a short hike to see iguana mating area and black tip shark habitat.

There is probably no where else in the world where you can kayak right next to black tip sharks and sea turtles in the same bay. There is also a beautiful nature hike to the water.

Bush walking in a giant tortoise habitat is the most unique and unbelievable experience. You feel like you have gone back in time.

This is the first museum I have taking my well traveled family that they all universally said they enjoyed!

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Quito. The hotel was clean, convenient, and very nice overall. There were no major issues, and it was a comfortable start to our journey. The experience at this location was pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I loved the snorkeling activities, which were fantastic and varied due to the different locations we visited. We even got underwater photos, which was a great touch. Our guides for the snorkeling trips were all very pleasant and added to the enjoyable experience.

The cycling at Cerro Mesa Reserva was disappointing. We didn't know how far we were riding, and the guide didn't either. It turned out to be about eight miles, and we thought it would be longer. The road was busy, which made it less enjoyable. It would have been nice to know beforehand if we were riding with others or just our guide. Overall, it felt too short and not what we expected.

The location is excellent. Right on the beach. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had a corner room with a balcony and a hot tub. Amazing view of the harbor. Very spacious. Breakfast was great. A bit bummed that the restaurant was closed for maintenance. Had access to fresh drinking water just outside our door with ice downstairs.

Really nice hotel. Easy to check in and out. Food was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only a couple of minutes to and from the airport.

The food was amazing . The items that were served were never repeated . Staff was very courteous

Everything about this ship was great. It holds 16 passengers which is a great number for a trip like this. We were on and off the boat frequently so there was no waiting in line for a tender ever. We had 2 zodiacs and were able to embark and disembark in no time. There was a dining area for our meals, an indoor 'living room' near the dining area, an outdoor partially covered bar and sitting area as well as a lounge area up top. The lounge area could get very hot so we weren't up there much. The food was plentiful and good.

The hotel was clean and lovely. It included breakfast which had lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very good.

This island houses several icons Galapganian bird as well as many many sea lions. It did small a it like kitty litter because of that but there was so much to see

More of the same amazing things - penguins, sea ions, giant sardine balls, blue footed boobies from the panga. We also went kayaking and snorkling. Again it was like being in an aquarium - so many fish, sharks, star fish etc

Beautiful island with red sand. We saw pink flamingos, did a fairly easy hike to a beautiful view. Sea lions playing at the shore line.

The walk in the morning was fine. e saw a couple of fur seal pups but not much else. The snorkeling after that was amazing, Warm calm waters, tons and tons of fish - it was like swimming in an aquarium. We also saw sharks, sea turtles, flightless comerants swimming, marine iguanas eating.

Zodiak ride was great - saw some cool cliffs, caves and birds, The snorkelling was good too but to as good as some other spots. Later in the day we crossed the equator and got to go to the bridge to watch the latitude change to 0.0.0

this was a long walk over lava fields. The main attraction here was the marine iguanas although there were some seal ions and lots of Sally lightfoot crabs. There were hundreds and hundreds of marine igunanas and we learned a lot about them. We did some terrific snorkeling that same morning too

Great snorkelling - awe saw sea turtles, penguins, sardine balls and a ton of fish. It rained very hard after the snorkel so our afternoon hike was cancelled as it was very steep and slippery after the rain and wouldn't have been safe, We watched a Disney movie about sea ions instead!

We did a short walk around the area - lots of giant tortoises and land iguanas. We learned a lot about both species. we also did a quick snorkel at the beach. There wasn't a ton to see in the water but it was nice and refreshing. There were some sea Lions, pelicans and iguanas on the beach

We did a panga ride around the mangrove lagoons which was great. We saw a ton of wildlife there and the weather was perfect.

The panga ride to the nuke was amazing - we saw so many birds and lizards - marine iguanas, penguins, flightless cormorant, blue footed boobies, pelicans. The hike itself was a bit challenging. It was all irregular lava rock with lots of cracks and crevices. It was also very very hot up there

It was interesting to see but I feel like it was all things we could have learned while seeing the tortoises out in the wild

We hiked to Sierra Negra volcano which was amazing to see. The hike wasn't hard at all but it was about 6 km.

The itinerary changed and we didn't actually go here.

So many Giant tortioses! And they're really big! The lava caves were also very cool

Amazing snorkling - swam with sea lions

This was amazing but hard. The views are spectacular and it's a great sense of accomplishment to make it to base camp. But the air was thin for someone coming from sea level, even though we'd been in Quito for a few days by then. The walk u to base camp was hard work

The market was fun as was seeing and learning about the cities and villages along the way. We had a short boat ride around the lake.

This was very fun. All the 'experiments' on the equator. We also learned a bit about the indigenous population. Our guide spoke English fairly well but she spoke quickly and was hard to understand at times because of the accent.

Very interesting and it's always fun to learn about a new city and culture. There were just too many churches in the tour - lots of amazing architecture but too many

All day experience but so worth it! You will be on a very cool sail boat for about a 2.5 hour ride (both there and back). We were served a delicious breakfast and lunch. Snorkeling was great, as were the views from the top of the hike!

We snorkels in two locations - both were great. The first was through the tunnels themselves which was so cool and in the next we saw a TON of sea turtles, as well as a sea horse and reef shark. Darwin was an incredible guide. We also had a delicious lunch on the boat. My family’s favorite activity we did while in the galapagos. It was also nice because we left at 11:30 and returned by 5:30, so it didn’t take the whole day!

Speedboat to the island where we saw blue footed boobies, walked on a short hike to hear history of the island then walked to an area to snorkel. We had a nice lunch along the way.

We loved seeing sharks then snorkeling in the blue water. Las Grietas was stunning.

We toured the lava tunnel then saw giant tortoises while enjoying a nice lunch. Very special day. We learned lot from our guide.

We really enjoyed the flight but it was a long way to travel to get to the area.

Lilliana provided a brief but nice overview of Lima. It was short because our flight was late.

Relatively new hotel across the street from the airport. Very convenient.

This hotel is quite interesting architecturally because it is in the shape of a condor. It is only minutes from the airport by shuttle and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The restaurant is excellent and there is a nice gym/hottub/sauna area.

We loved this hotel. It's right on the beach in Puerta Villamil. There is a courtyard inside with a small pool and lovely garden. The walkways to the room overlook the courtyard. Besides being on the beach, what we loved most was the roof top terrace. We spent lovely evenings up there watching the gorgeous sunsets. There are tables and chairs there to relax and have a beer. One small thing that I really liked was that there was a communal clothes line on the rooftop terrace so you could hang your wet swimsuits there to dry. A small thing but I really appreciated it.

We loved this hotel! We felt like we were staying in a tropical paradise. We booked a family room and had a spacious room with a king bed with a smaller room off to the side with two single beds. Outdoors, there are beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and hot tub area and even a bar attended by a staff member. The availability of cervases were much appreciated! They even had ping pong tables. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly. Overall, we loved it!

The land tour of the island was very interesting. We saw land iguanas, frigate birds (and many other birds), sea lions, sally lightfoot crabs, lava lizards. The terrain was very rocky and the vegetation was desert like. For 3 of the 5 of us, snorkelling was a new experience. Ricardo, our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We saw so many beautiful fish! Sea turtles swam by us and we even saw reef sharks (which we were glad to hear are not interested in humans because they have plenty of fish to keep them happy). In were in awe of our experience.

This was really interesting. Glad we visited. Quite amazing how they continue to ensure the existence of the tortoises through their breeding program. Salome was an excellent guide.

Everything ran very smoothly. We really enjoyed seeing the tortoises at the "ranch." We even saw one put the moves on his girlfriend but she was playing coy. Quite hilarious at tortoise speed, lol. The lava tunnel was cool, as was the sinkhole.

This was so much fun and very interesting. We learned a lot about the unique features of being on the equator.

Our guide Robert was very knowledgeable. He gave us an excellent tour of the city, and in particular, the historical parts of the town and churches. We also stopped in at an Ecuadorian candy maker with "surprising" candies and a chocolate maker where we had a chocolate tasting experience. Quite delicious! Continuing on to the Middle of the World was exciting and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences there. Robert speaks excellent English and by the time we were done, we considered him to be a friend.

We must go back to stay here, it has everything we enjoy especially the stream room with eucalyptus

The hotel was so accommodating and welcoming. You felt right at home! They had a spa and the massage was wonderful. They had horseback riding which we didn't have time to do but looked like a lot fun. And the meals were 5 stars. Plus there was turn down service where they even put a few hot water bottles under the covers to keep you nice and warm. A peaceful place surrounded by nature.

Guide was not into it walk distance was not communicated very well. Kayaked for 40 mins and didn’t hang around when something interested encountered. Guide always in a hurry to be someplace else
