We had a corner room with a balcony and a hot tub. Amazing view of the harbor. Very spacious. Breakfast was great. A bit bummed that the restaurant was closed for maintenance. Had access to fresh drinking water just outside our door with ice downstairs.

Really nice hotel. Easy to check in and out. Food was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only a couple of minutes to and from the airport.

The food was amazing . The items that were served were never repeated . Staff was very courteous

Everything about this ship was great. It holds 16 passengers which is a great number for a trip like this. We were on and off the boat frequently so there was no waiting in line for a tender ever. We had 2 zodiacs and were able to embark and disembark in no time. There was a dining area for our meals, an indoor 'living room' near the dining area, an outdoor partially covered bar and sitting area as well as a lounge area up top. The lounge area could get very hot so we weren't up there much. The food was plentiful and good.

The hotel was clean and lovely. It included breakfast which had lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very good.

This island houses several icons Galapganian bird as well as many many sea lions. It did small a it like kitty litter because of that but there was so much to see

More of the same amazing things - penguins, sea ions, giant sardine balls, blue footed boobies from the panga. We also went kayaking and snorkling. Again it was like being in an aquarium - so many fish, sharks, star fish etc

Beautiful island with red sand. We saw pink flamingos, did a fairly easy hike to a beautiful view. Sea lions playing at the shore line.

The walk in the morning was fine. e saw a couple of fur seal pups but not much else. The snorkeling after that was amazing, Warm calm waters, tons and tons of fish - it was like swimming in an aquarium. We also saw sharks, sea turtles, flightless comerants swimming, marine iguanas eating.

Zodiak ride was great - saw some cool cliffs, caves and birds, The snorkelling was good too but to as good as some other spots. Later in the day we crossed the equator and got to go to the bridge to watch the latitude change to 0.0.0

this was a long walk over lava fields. The main attraction here was the marine iguanas although there were some seal ions and lots of Sally lightfoot crabs. There were hundreds and hundreds of marine igunanas and we learned a lot about them. We did some terrific snorkeling that same morning too

Great snorkelling - awe saw sea turtles, penguins, sardine balls and a ton of fish. It rained very hard after the snorkel so our afternoon hike was cancelled as it was very steep and slippery after the rain and wouldn't have been safe, We watched a Disney movie about sea ions instead!

We did a short walk around the area - lots of giant tortoises and land iguanas. We learned a lot about both species. we also did a quick snorkel at the beach. There wasn't a ton to see in the water but it was nice and refreshing. There were some sea Lions, pelicans and iguanas on the beach

We did a panga ride around the mangrove lagoons which was great. We saw a ton of wildlife there and the weather was perfect.

The panga ride to the nuke was amazing - we saw so many birds and lizards - marine iguanas, penguins, flightless cormorant, blue footed boobies, pelicans. The hike itself was a bit challenging. It was all irregular lava rock with lots of cracks and crevices. It was also very very hot up there

It was interesting to see but I feel like it was all things we could have learned while seeing the tortoises out in the wild

We hiked to Sierra Negra volcano which was amazing to see. The hike wasn't hard at all but it was about 6 km.

The itinerary changed and we didn't actually go here.

So many Giant tortioses! And they're really big! The lava caves were also very cool

Amazing snorkling - swam with sea lions

This was amazing but hard. The views are spectacular and it's a great sense of accomplishment to make it to base camp. But the air was thin for someone coming from sea level, even though we'd been in Quito for a few days by then. The walk u to base camp was hard work

The market was fun as was seeing and learning about the cities and villages along the way. We had a short boat ride around the lake.

This was very fun. All the 'experiments' on the equator. We also learned a bit about the indigenous population. Our guide spoke English fairly well but she spoke quickly and was hard to understand at times because of the accent.

Very interesting and it's always fun to learn about a new city and culture. There were just too many churches in the tour - lots of amazing architecture but too many

All day experience but so worth it! You will be on a very cool sail boat for about a 2.5 hour ride (both there and back). We were served a delicious breakfast and lunch. Snorkeling was great, as were the views from the top of the hike!

We snorkels in two locations - both were great. The first was through the tunnels themselves which was so cool and in the next we saw a TON of sea turtles, as well as a sea horse and reef shark. Darwin was an incredible guide. We also had a delicious lunch on the boat. My family’s favorite activity we did while in the galapagos. It was also nice because we left at 11:30 and returned by 5:30, so it didn’t take the whole day!

Speedboat to the island where we saw blue footed boobies, walked on a short hike to hear history of the island then walked to an area to snorkel. We had a nice lunch along the way.

We loved seeing sharks then snorkeling in the blue water. Las Grietas was stunning.

We toured the lava tunnel then saw giant tortoises while enjoying a nice lunch. Very special day. We learned lot from our guide.

We loved seeing the llamas and alpacas up close, learned about the culture and had a chance to buy some beautiful products,

Fun boat ride around the island searching for penguins, sea lions and other marine life. Prettyride.

We really enjoyed the flight but it was a long way to travel to get to the area.

Lilliana provided a brief but nice overview of Lima. It was short because our flight was late.

This hotel is quite interesting architecturally because it is in the shape of a condor. It is only minutes from the airport by shuttle and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The restaurant is excellent and there is a nice gym/hottub/sauna area.

We loved this hotel. It's right on the beach in Puerta Villamil. There is a courtyard inside with a small pool and lovely garden. The walkways to the room overlook the courtyard. Besides being on the beach, what we loved most was the roof top terrace. We spent lovely evenings up there watching the gorgeous sunsets. There are tables and chairs there to relax and have a beer. One small thing that I really liked was that there was a communal clothes line on the rooftop terrace so you could hang your wet swimsuits there to dry. A small thing but I really appreciated it.

We loved this hotel! We felt like we were staying in a tropical paradise. We booked a family room and had a spacious room with a king bed with a smaller room off to the side with two single beds. Outdoors, there are beautiful gardens, a lovely pool and hot tub area and even a bar attended by a staff member. The availability of cervases were much appreciated! They even had ping pong tables. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly. Overall, we loved it!

The land tour of the island was very interesting. We saw land iguanas, frigate birds (and many other birds), sea lions, sally lightfoot crabs, lava lizards. The terrain was very rocky and the vegetation was desert like. For 3 of the 5 of us, snorkelling was a new experience. Ricardo, our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We saw so many beautiful fish! Sea turtles swam by us and we even saw reef sharks (which we were glad to hear are not interested in humans because they have plenty of fish to keep them happy). In were in awe of our experience.

This was really interesting. Glad we visited. Quite amazing how they continue to ensure the existence of the tortoises through their breeding program. Salome was an excellent guide.

Everything ran very smoothly. We really enjoyed seeing the tortoises at the "ranch." We even saw one put the moves on his girlfriend but she was playing coy. Quite hilarious at tortoise speed, lol. The lava tunnel was cool, as was the sinkhole.

This was so much fun and very interesting. We learned a lot about the unique features of being on the equator.

Our guide Robert was very knowledgeable. He gave us an excellent tour of the city, and in particular, the historical parts of the town and churches. We also stopped in at an Ecuadorian candy maker with "surprising" candies and a chocolate maker where we had a chocolate tasting experience. Quite delicious! Continuing on to the Middle of the World was exciting and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences there. Robert speaks excellent English and by the time we were done, we considered him to be a friend.

We must go back to stay here, it has everything we enjoy especially the stream room with eucalyptus

The hotel was so accommodating and welcoming. You felt right at home! They had a spa and the massage was wonderful. They had horseback riding which we didn't have time to do but looked like a lot fun. And the meals were 5 stars. Plus there was turn down service where they even put a few hot water bottles under the covers to keep you nice and warm. A peaceful place surrounded by nature.

Guide was not into it walk distance was not communicated very well. Kayaked for 40 mins and didn’t hang around when something interested encountered. Guide always in a hurry to be someplace else

Legend Feedback Day 1- Guide kept talking into the wind instead of to the group. No one knew what he was saying, even after informing him they could not hear. Guide miscounted people. Day 2- Lack of towels in the swimming area, expected to return after snorkeling wet. Again, no towel provided. Guide still had not informed guests of the safest way to get on and off the Pangas- this is standard on other boats. Was told on day 2 not to drink the tap water in the room , luckily we knew that from previous boats. A little late for some. Day 3- waiter still can’t remember food allergies. Again, standard on day 1 to go over guest allergies and confirm. None of this happened, I have to at each meal. Day 4- partner developed a food borne travelers stomach. Atleast the doctor had meds, even if she kept trying to prescribe advil. Day 5- clearly can’t manage time. Guide was 20 mins late for morning excursion. Afternoon they scheduled 1 hr - which ended up being much less due to island closure time - for a beach walk and snorkel. Most guests couldn’t complete the beach walk in that time. Multiple guest commented with the boat at half capacity they can’t imagine anything happening at full capacity. Crew forgot gas in the dingy, had to refill in the open water. Crew wasn’t ready to help off board, had to wait and call them. Guide again miscounted guests and almost left someone at the turtle ranch. On the beach a new guest thought I was crew because I was the only one stopping to help her. This happened a few times when I notice wildlife our guide wasn’t pointing out to the other people in our group. Day 6 - guide miscounted again leaving the boat and left passengers because they claimed the notification was clear. We agree it’s been inconsistent the “get ready”, “and “up next” ad “leaving”. Sometimes they’ll say “up next” and never the other ones. Multiple people have missed their disembarkments. Day 7 - people in our group requested to change guides and were approved to do so. People cleaning the room continue to not empty full garbage. after a week waiter remembered our drink order of water, guide still doesn't know the 8 people in his group. Day 8 - hot tub temperature control breaks. Again I stopped to assist a guest struggling on the walk. No guide or crew stayed - they just left. Overall. The boat was out dated, and the rooms couldn’t regulate temperate. There are ant traps in the room you have to avoid. They couldn’t go 1 hour without trying to sell something, to the point I got tired of being asked and started staying in my room. The wet room for snorkeling needs a fan like any other sane boat to try equipment if it's below deck. A small port window is not "airflow" - everything was musty and we took our stuff to the front to lay it out. No one on the boat had a tour so no one knew there was a front deck to sit on. My “non luxury” Galapagos cruises had refreshments, and either warm towels after water or cold towels to clean your hands after an excursion, in addition to a substantial snack. They all also included at some level juice, wine and beer. This one had a single flavored water station and a small bite that was usually not there only on returning to the boat. It was pathetic- you had to wait in line for a single grape and glass of water freezing after snorkeling, and hope there was some left. The food was okay, if there was any left. In general the communication leading up to the trip was lacking, and confusing. We were told one thing and then another thing on the boat. I would never pay or recommend this boat ever again. I’m glad it was the itinerary I wanted.

Nice size boat and excellent crew

Our time aboard the MC Treasure was outstanding from start to finish. The yacht is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and designed for an amazing Galápagos experience. The cabins were spotless and cozy, the common areas were spacious, and everything felt both welcoming and luxurious. But what truly sets the MC Treasure apart is the crew. Every team member was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, made us feel completely at home, and added so many thoughtful touches throughout the trip. The food was fantastic, the service was flawless, and the atmosphere on board was relaxed and friendly. Combined with the remarkable Galápagos landscapes and our excellent guide, this yacht made the journey unforgettable. Highly recommend the MC Treasure for anyone seeking a first-class experience in the islands.

Our time on the M/Y Monserrat was enjoyable. The guides and staff were wonderful, and the dinner on the last night was delightful. However, the overnight journey was rough due to choppy seas, which made it uncomfortable and resulted in a sleepless night. It seems to be a known issue that it gets rough on the last night, and a little heads-up would have been appreciated.

Patio Andaluz in Quito was a wonderful place to start our trip. It's located in the old historic part of the city, which was quite charming and added to the experience.

We had a clean, modern room at the Acacia with a lovely central patio area for gathering. The staff was very friendly, honest and professional. They made sure we had a delicious breakfast with our coffee every day and provided tips on where to eat dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

The excursion to the uninhabited island was quite an experience, although it involved much more travel than anticipated. After spending several days on the M/Y Monserrat, this day was mostly in transit with a long bus and boat journey. It was a bit tiring, with limited time on the actual island, and we would've preferred to explore more locally around Puerto Ayora.
