Aleksandra was extremely helpful and communicative. We had an incredible time on our trip to Scotland! I'm looking forward to using KimKim again for future travel. The process was very straightforward, and went super smoothly. Even when our hotel had an issue that made them unable to follow through on our reservation, we were set up with another very nice hotel in a great location, and didn't have to worry about it one bit. Thank you for all of your help!

We had so much fun on this Loch Ness cruise! The host was very personable, the hot chocolate was immaculate and the views were incredible. I would definitely recommend.
