Tina, our local specialist from Kim Kim, took our basic desires and turned it into an magical week in Thailand. Without fail every flight, transfer, meeting and accommodations were handled flawlessly and every person on our journey that she had setup was very professional and fully ready to assist us in every way. While I was sceptical because I had found them online and my introduction to Kim Kim was only though reading reviews and on line reputation reports, we were very pleasantly surprised by the details of the planning/scheduling's and the constant communications throughout the entire process and during the trip. Thank you Tina for your expertise and assistance, you did a excellent job for us.
