Hakim was wonderful to work with planning our trip. His communication was always clear and prompt. He has a can-do attitude and was willing to accommodate any/all changes we wanted both before and during the trip. We had the good fortune of having Hakim along for the ride for our 10 day adventure across the country.
Our national guide, Hanyn, was amazing knowledgable and very "plugged in" across the country. He always seemed to know the folks around us and was secretly providing gifts to folks that helped us along the way. He was also very focused on our safety as our trip was shortly post the Hamas attach of Israel. We always felt safe and he exercised solid judgment.
