Liz is excellent. Knowledgeable, timely, patient, helpful. The hotels she recommended were spot on; great location, beautiful views, excellent customer service. All pick ups and tours went off without a problem.

Loved the one bedroom suite with washer/dryer. Having a simple and leisurely breakfast in our room was very enjoyable. Appreciated the complimentary cable car tickets and the walk through the botanical garden.
