Iceland is an incredibly beautiful country with so many wonderful sites it is hard to do justice to name only a few.The numerous waterfalls, glaciers, mountains, lagoons, black sand and smooth pebble beaches and Reykjavik itself were awe inspiring and at times jaw dropping. One example the diamond beach was unique where icebergs and ice fragments from the nearby glacier wash up on the black sand where you can pick up a crystal clear piece of Ice that may be thousands of years old. Adam Warszawski did a great job choosing excellent and strategically located hotels as well as organizing the entire itinerary including zodiac excursion on a glacial lagoon and and geothermal lagoon reservations. The food was excellent as well as consistently good coffee.Adam again deserves high praise on a job well done on relatively short notice.

Pleasurable.Doesn't get up too close to the glacier itself probably due to calving risk.
