Wonderful trip to Chile

We had a great time in Chile thanks to the itinerary created by Lorena. The transfers were punctual, the hotels selected were either unique (has something special to offer) or well beyond being comfortable, the tours were satisfactory and sometimes exceeded expectations. Lorena had been responsive and quick in addressing our concerns during the trip. We could not be happier with her supports. As a result, we fell in love with Chile and friendly Chilean people.

Although not being able to do it due to the strike, the alternative two short hikes largely compensated the loss. We enjoyed the trip.
