We had a superb trip. Lacey was excellent and whenever there was an issue she addressed it quickly and calmly. The guides provided were excellent and knowledgeable. The whole trip ran smoothly. I cannot recommend highly enough Lacey and her team

Very comfortable boat. I am fraud my expectations were for a cruse round Ha Long bay, that wasn’t to be the case we spent more time on the tender boat going to the boat, visiting caves and returning from the boat. Not what I was expectinh
Lovely hotel wish we could have stayed longer
Wonderful hotel in the middle of the old quarter of Hanoi, but wonderfully quiet
Amazing hotel, our room, a beach front villa was spectacular. Be aware this is a quiet hotel, the nearest village/town is a good 20 minute walk, but for us it was brilliant. The staff were helpful, but sadly their English wasn’t that good, which lead to a few mistakes, that were quickly corrected once pointed out.
