When an intense spring storm closed roads and made many of our scheduled activities impossible, the kimkim sprang into action to save our vacation. They coordinated with vendors to reschedule activities and got us super-speedy refunds for things that had to be cancelled. They also assisted us with last-minute hotel bookings when we decided to head to the city rather then travel further into bad weather, and they were so proactive and communicative that felt supported and reassured throughout what otherwise would have been a very stressful time.

Thank you so much, Noga and team, for planning an amazing Iceland holiday for us and for all of the work you put in to save the trip when the weather didn't cooperate. We look forward to planning our next adventure with the kimkim team!

Great location just outside of Vik with nice view.

Hotel was clean. The only issue -- and it was a pretty big one -- was that the floor in our "wet room" bathroom wasn't sloped toward the drain. Every time we used the shower, the floor flooded, water pooled under the toilet, and we ended up having to wear water-proof boots to use the bathroom. Hopefully this is just an issue with Room 6 and not one that occurs throughout the hotel.
