My husband and I travelled in the Yucatan Peninsula for 16 days. Hugo designed our trip which included a number of private drivers and guides. Every single driver and guide was excellent. There were 2 small glitches along the way, but both were quickly and efficiently handled. During our trip we were in contact with an assigned "assistant", Luz Ma , who checked in with us to confirm each day's schedule. She was also excellent and responded immediately to our questions. The hotels that Hugo booked with us were all very good, with the best being the Hacienda Merida. It was a pleasure to work with Hugo and the Rutopia staff.
