I am so appreciative of all of the helpful advice, support and arrangements made by Olivia! This was our first trip to Japan, and she patiently provided options and advice to build an itinerary around our interests and budget. With Olivia, we were able to build a good mix of planned activities and unplanned free time, and set a relaxed pace that best suited us. Once we were in Japan, she was also extremely helpful in making some last minute changes when an excursions and or hotel accommodation did not go as planned. We had a wonderful trip. Hotel Review
Great location, with many interesting sites and neighbourhoods within walking distance, plus great access to subway. The hotel is fresh & clean, smaller, and seems to attract a nice mix of foreigners and local Japanese travellers. We enjoyed our Japanese style room. The breakfast buffet is not large, but has a good quality japanese and western style options.
