I can't express our appreciation for all of the hard-work, dedication and effort that Margoth put in to planning our 16 day trip to Colombia. We had finalized our trip pre-COVID and then of course everything changed. Margoth remained in contact with us over the next 2+ years and worked so hard to get our trip rebooked and have our respective credits applied to our new trip. We visited Guatape, Medillin, Bogota and Cartagena and all of our hotels / experiences were handled seamlessly. Any time we needed to make a change (even if last minute) Margoth and her team did their best to accommodate -- going above and beyond. If you are considering visiting this wonderful country, it is a must to connect with Margoth and the KimKim team as you will have an experience that you will remember.
