Everything went as planned, from the airport pickup to the departure after 8 days. The Riads were quite good, the breakfast excellent and above all the assistance and coordination by our driver Mohammed, was awesome. We did have a little issue with the hotel at Casablanca, on the last night, with the aircon not cooling, but it was too late for us to involve Hakim to intervene. Good rooms, and a decent breakfast, was quite crowded due to some conference, and our room AC did not work. The customer service was not up to the mark, the counter person waved us off stating the problem was with all rooms and will be sorted out soon, this never happened. and the next day different counter staff said there was no problem whatsoever!!
