A wonderful first trip to Croatia!

Working with Nikola for our first trip to Croatia was fantastic. It was easy to set up phone calls to plan our trip. He contacted us every day during our trip to check in and review the itinerary for the following day. He arranged, top-notch accommodations, excellent guides and lists of activities and restaurants, all of which met our needs perfectly.
Our first day in Split, we had a private tour of Diocletian’s palace given by Salvador. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The next two days we had tours of Krka park, Klis Fortress, Sibenic and Trogir guided by Ivana. She has spent so much time in the national park that she knew the location of every frog and snake! From Trogir we traveled to Dubrovnik by way of Mostar. Our driver, Alen, helped facilitate getting across the border to Bosnia and back seamlessly. The private tour of Mostar, with a guide also named Alen, was memorable and informative. In Dubrovnik, we stayed at a magnificent hotel overlooking the Adriatic sea. We received a free upgrade to a villa. The views and amenities were five star. We had a private tour of the old town with a guide who was a university trained archaeologist (also named Ivana). She had lived through the siege in the early 90s and was open to discussing her experiences.
In summary, I cannot say enough good things about how this trip turned out. Every guide, driver, and restaurant recommendation was top-notch. Most of all, I appreciate the transparency in terms of what to expect with every aspect of our trip. This was not the case with other travel companies we have used..
