A fantistic trip after the first hotel glitch

After problems with the reservations at the first hotel in Santiago, the rest of the trip went very smoothly and was a wonderful introduction to the country. Every guide and service provided was exactly on time, professional, engaging and fluent in English. It's hard to identfy one as better than another. I could not have been more pleased with the local service providers. When a glitch occurred because of the Valley of the Moon excusrion was rained out, the schedule was quickly rearranged to accommodate our needs. Every internal flight was on time and the drivers got us to the airports in plenty of time. We were never rushed. The accommodations in San Pedro and in Puerto Varas were outstanding. The hotels' food was very good so we ate most of the meals there. I recommend substituting for the RQ Stay Santa Magadena. While the location is good, the hotel room itself has numerous deficiencies.

However, I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with the reservations at the first hotel in Santiago and that the room at RQ Stay Santa Magdalena had numerous deficiencies. I appreciate your recommendation to substitute that hotel for future travelers.

It's also great to know that the tour operator was able to quickly rearrange the schedule when the Valley of the Moon excursion was rained out and that every internal flight was on time and drivers were punctual.
