From the start to finish the entire trip was incredible! This was our first KimKim planned trip. We found the app very intuitive and user friendly. All accommodations and excursions were as stated and we had no issues with timing or execution. The tours and guides were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. It is very apparent the KimKim team had an in depth knowledge of Portugal and ensured our experience was exactly what we asked for.
We will definitely use KimKim for future travels.
