Well-planned and safe tours

The entire trip was well-organized and the staff, local guides and teams were helpful and kind. Most of the hotels were quite good but its worth mentioning which rooms you would like before booking. Casa Biru in Cusco had really good services and their team was very warm and welcoming. The family-run souvenir shop at the hotel's entrance was lovely too.
As for the tours itself, the transport was very comfortable, the guides (Janet, Edwin, Jacqueline and another person whose name I didn't catch) were friendly and quite patient, nice and honest about the history of the places we visited, the culture and other interesting facts. They also made sure we could get some good photos and views while walking around each site, and did their best to ensure our safety while trekking in the high altitude.
Liz and Paul, who were in charge of planning and organizing the trip were the absolute best. They helped us plan things until the last minute and made sure to help us even during issues we face during our immigration at the airport. Really glad to have picked their services for our trip.
Hotel Reviews
The room had no ventilation, the bathroom had a bad odour and not enough lights in the room either.
The hotel and room was really good. The breakfast was quite basic though and the attached restaurant doesn't really have good food. Would recommend trying other places for food instead.
