Alfonso was incredibly helpful to us as we went along. We’re an older couple who needed a little guidance from time to time and he was always available to give us answers. He was responsive to our pace as well as our interests. And he was so nice about requests that were impulsive on our part, nicely flexible. We learned he is also a wonderful guide for hiking and outdoor activities. He’s a great asset to your organization.

Great fun to explore the market and then prepare the meal. It was a great change of pace after all the educational activities.
Fabulous food at the restaurant, amazing facility. It’s an interesting contrast to the usual winery setup

Fabulous building, but large tour group. Well handled considering the crowds. Loved learning some of the ideas behind the building. Most impressive!
Guide seemed a bit low-key. We saw interesting historic relics, chanced upon a group doing human pyramids.
