I've been in touch with Erin and Julia, and they both were very professional, helpful and nice! Patagonia was a blast: the place is incredible and, if you love being out in the wild, Torres del Paine is definitely the place to be. If I could do this again, I would probably spend 80% of the time there. It's worth every penny!
