Our one week (6 nights, 7 days) had so many things that needed to be planned correctly or it wouldn't have happened. Everything went so smooth. Liz Karen got us to the Amazon Jungle (Puerto Maldonado), Cusco, and Machu Picchu in one week. The guides she used and the drivers were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very wonderful experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms but my room and others in the hotel have no window opening to the outside only to the hallway, which is very uncomfortable and I feel unsafe. But other than that everything is good.
