The room was small, the staff was not as friendly or helpful. The garden was beautiful. The location was good and within walking distance from the train and bus stations.

The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel
Rome
Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Hotel room service dinner was excellent. Ended up ordering the same dinner two nights in a row. Close to shopping and major attractions.

The hotel is great as is - it's just more modern so has less old world character.
