Bella did an amazing job of coordinating an unforgettable trip to Japan for my mother, sister and me. She was extraordinarily proactive during the trip, providing detailed overviews of the upcoming itinerary each day during the trip with tips on how to best enjoy our time. We had one day with some minor issues (a venue we were supposed to visit was closed for the day) and when we mentioned this disappointment she immediately responded by booking (and paying for) an unforgettable traditional Japanese lunch the next day to make up for the inconvenience. Our local guides (Peter in Tokyo and Hakone and Hiroshi in Kyoto) were wonderful - and both took many, many photos which was much appreciated as it’s rare to have so many photos of your whole group since someone in the group is usually the primary photographer. Overall a wonderful experience!
