Doris was quick, efficient, and friendly in all our interactions in planning and executing our trip to SE Asia. When there were changes during the trip, she was very accommodating and continued to be available to us as needed. Doris was quick in responding to our quesitons. The accommodations were lovely and the tour beat all our expectations. I would book with KimKim again and if Doris was our agent, it would make us happy.

This was unique for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had reduced mobility and it was no trouble having help getting in and out of the boat. We highly recommend putting this on everyone's list.
