Our local specialist Jessica with Storywalking was very informative, flexible and so helpful during our trip planning sessions. Both of the boutique hotel accommodations were of high quality providing a high level of personalized service.
Every event and day trip, including planned meetings with our transportation drivers were executed flawlessly. Our driver to Bologna accommodated my “on the fly” addition to our plans without hesitation.
Our only trip “hiccup” was my confusion regarding a museum event that was resolved in minutes with a call to KimKim.

Such a wonderful experience at Hotel Davanzati! Convenient location, great amenities (included breakfast, teatime and evening reception), comfortable and quiet room. But most importantly, every Hotel Associate we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, making our stay stellar!
A slightly worn historic hotel with great amenities ( included breakfast), expansive lobby and onsite restaurant. The room (502) is noisy, partially due to the Miami club across the street and thin walls between rooms. Room size is expansive but lacks meaningful storage, recommended 2 folding luggage racks for storage. Daily included breakfast offers European variety. The courtyard bar and restaurant provide a calm formal experience. We visited here 3 of 5 nights with positive experiences each time.
